- Inspected and found: * No check engine light set during any test drives after water pump repair but truck was very low on power and was shifting hard and erratically. * Viewing live data while on test drive, noticed the truck was building very little boost pressure which led diagnostics towards the turbocharger and induction system being the area of concern. * Found Boost Pressure Bypass Valve which mounts in the charge air cooler to be faulty. After replacing valve the truck drove and shifted normally. Customer was advised that there is a large amount of metal suspended in the transmission fluid indicating that some amount of internal damage has occurred and transmission lifespan has been shortened. Recommend fluid service and filter change to prolong life.

- Extraction of broken bolt on water pump
- Fuel injection service
- SPARK PLUGS – Remove & Replace – 2.7L Eng
- COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR – Remove & Replace – 2.7L Eng Cylinder Head Temperature (CHT) – [Includes: Component test.]
- PCV VALVE – Remove & Replace – 2.7L Eng
- TURBOCHARGER PRESSURE SENSOR – Remove & Replace – Turbocharger Boost Pressure Sensor (TCBP)
- Automatic transmission fluid service
- Torque converter flush
